Training Locations
Courses offered in New York City are held weekends or evenings in Cornell's mid-Manhattan education training center, located at 16 E. 34th Street, 6th Floor (between 5th and Madison Avenues).
On-site training is available at any location at the request of the client.
Registration Fee
Registration fees vary depending on the course. Prices may change without notice.
Payment
Payment or payment guarantee (such as a Purchase Order) is expected at the time of registration. If a PO or other guarantee of payment will be submitted from your organization, your manager must sign the registration form taking responsibility of payment. You may pay by credit card or check. Please make checks payable to CORNELL UNIVERSITY ILR.
Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions of registrants can be made at any time, unless a course has a prerequisite or prework. Cancellations and transfers are subject to a 25% charge unless received in writing five business days prior to the program. When a representative of an organization approves an employee registration, that organization becomes responsible for cancellations, transfers, substitutions, and payments. The full program fee will be charged for any registration that is not cancelled in writing.
Enrollment Limits
Enrollment in each course is limited. As a result, programs are often quickly filled. Early registration is recommended.
Course Participation
Our courses are highly interactive in nature and involve adult learning techniques. To ensure that all participants have a full opportunity to benefit from the learning experience, attendance at the entire course is required.
Schedule
Courses start 6:00pm and conclude at 9:30pm depending on the location and course. You will be sent exact details with your registration confirmation. Check-in and review of materials begin at one-half hour before the course starting time.
Special Accommodations
Please notify the appropriate training location two weeks in advance if you have any circumstances that require proper ADA accommodations.
