Cornell ILR Labor Programs offer a number of services for unions and worker-centered organizations. Examples include working with leadership councils to develop strategic plans and research agendas; conducting communication audits in unions to gauge the communication capacity and needs both internally and externally.
We advise on educational and training materials and programs such as steward manuals, health and safety programs, new member orientation, or organizer training. We can assist in developing ethics codes. Bring an issue or challenge to our faculty and we will work with you to design a solution for your organization.
