This workshop will examine the ways busy union representatives can efficiently organize their day-to-day tasks to improve time management, set goals and achieve them, become more proactive than reactive, and experience less stress.

Instructor

Susan Tindall is a labor educator for 23 years who has designed and implemented training and education programs for the diverse memberships of numerous unions, including the NY Hotel-Motel Trades Council and UNITE.
