Workshops
Workshops range in length from two days to one week and may be taken individually to increase your knowledge and skills, or you may take all workshops in the series to earn a unique Cornell Certificate in ADR and Conflict Management.
The workshops are designed for lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, and other professionals looking to develop or strengthen the skills necessary to participate successfully in the dispute resolution arena.

- Once you successfully complete any of the conflict training workshops, you become eligible to be listed on Cornell's nationally available roster of neutrals.
- Continuing Legal Units (CLEs) are available for each workshop.
