ILR-Law School Program on Conflict Resolution

This course will examine the New York Workers' Compensation Law and related statutes as well as the Americans with Disabilities Act. Students will be introduced to the practical aspects of advocating in the legal process, establishing a good foundation for those interested in sitting for the licensed Compensation Representative exam. This course will also raise awareness of the issues of health and safety in the workplace.
