The Institute for Women and Work, Cornell University, ILR School will present a certificate bearing workshop series on Working Women's Leadership. Come learn about how to negotiate at work and home, understanding your rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, speaking and communication for leadership, how to mediate conflicts at work, how to run successful meetings and make impressionable presentations, how to influence public policy at the local and state levels, AND MORE!!!

This program is of no charge to students who are willing to make a commitment to the program which begins February 15th and ends in May of 2006. Students who complete all sections of the curriculum will be able to invite their family and friends to come to a graduation ceremony at Cornell University's Conference Center in Manhattan. Eligible students will be awarded a Cornell Certificate on Working Women's Leadership.
