Chun Keun Lee is the Managing Director and Chief Research Fellow at LG Economic Research Institute (LGERI).  As one of fifty subsidiaries of LG Holdings Company, based in Seoul, South Korea, LGERI is considered the "think tank" of the company.  LGERI researches the macro social and economic environment and applies its findings to human capital, marketing and management strategies for LG.  In his position, Lee does research on a multitude of human resources and organizational management topics used within LG and externally with other international companies based in South Korea. 

Lee has a Ph.D in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Korea University.  He also has taught courses in Strategy, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at Korea University, University of Seoul and Sungshin Women's University.  Lee's research at ILR focuses on leadership development, innovation and entrepreneurship in established companies.  He is also here examining American culture and best practices in American companies.  In his research, he hopes to better understand how long-time established companies continue to innovate through leadership, organizational design, and human resources initiatives.
