Xiao Chen, China
Xiao Chen is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in China. Her research interests include Leadership, Diversity, Creativity & Innovation, Culture & Comparative studies.
Xiao has conducted research on the following topics; Profile analysis via multidimensional scaling (PAMS) in human resource management research, Perceived insider status and leader-member exchange, Work-related characteristics of female chief executives in China, The moderating role of personality traits in change context , HRM under a transitional context and New recruit adjustment to military life in the Chinese army.
She is also a Fulbright Doctoral Dissertation Scholarship recipient. During her stay at the ILR School, she is going to research on team diversity and creativity.
