Zhongxing Su, China
Zhongxing Su is a PhD candidate in HRM at School of Labor and Human Resources, Renmin University of China, Beijing. He holds undergraduate degree in Economics and master degree in Business Management. His field of research is Strategic Human Resource Management and Compensation Management. As a researcher and consultant, he has worked with many companies, nonprofit organizations and government sectors on strategic planning, competency based HRM, compensation management, etc. He also gives training courses on HRM and Business Management to executives in China. Zhongxing is currently working on his PhD dissertation which looks at how SHRM improves organization performance in Chinese companies. His research explores the types and contents of HRM systems resulting in positive outcomes when considering culture, business strategy and other antecedent factors in Chinese context, and the mechanisms through which SHRM leads to positive outcomes.
