Xu Fang, China
Xu Fang is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Studies at the School of Labor & Human Resources, Renmin University of China. Her current research focuses on strategic HR planning, employee training & development, employee selection, competency model and team performance. She is the founding member of International Association of Chinese Management Research (IACMR). Her faculty sponsor at ILR is Professor Robert Smith. Xu Fang’s visit runs August 2005-06.
