Sergei Gorlyansky, Ukraine
Sergiy Gorlyansky is an Associate Professor in the Department of History at Vernadsky University, Simferopol, Ukraine. Gorlyansky has been awarded a grant by the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. The purpose of his project is to compare collective bargaining in the United States and Ukraine. His faculty sponsor at ILR is Professor Lowell Turner. Gorlyansky is visiting from September 1, 2005 to June 1, 2006.
