Paul Marginson, United Kingdom
Paul Marginson is Director of the Industrial Relations Research Unit and Professor of Industrial Relations at the University of Warwick, UK. He has researched and published extensively on the implications of European integration for industrial relations at both national and supranational levels; European Works Councils; and employment practice in multinational companies. He graduated in economics from the University of Cambridge and received his doctorate from the University of Warwick. His faculty sponsor at ILR is Dean Harry Katz.
