Paul Boselie, The Netherlands
Paul Boselie is an associate professor in strategic human resource management at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. His research interests include strategic human resource management, the added value of HRM, HR professionalization, HRM in the health care sector, HRM and buyouts, and organizational change.
He is the European Editor for Personnel Review and the managing director of the People Management Centre at Tilburg University. Paul enjoys singing in one of the oldest classical choirs in the Netherlands (Toonkunst Rotterdam).
While in Ithaca, Paul is planning to finish his text book on strategic human resource management (McGraw-Hill Education).
