Jean-Pierre (Peter) Mileur

Peter Mileur is Dean of the Harpur College of Arts and Sciences, Binghamton University, State University of New York. At ILR, Peter will be working with the Cornell Higher Education Research Institute (CHERI). His research involves identifying alternative ways of attracting private capital to support public universities-- especially core operating units, like graduate schools and arts and sciences colleges, whose needs are not generally well-served by existing sources of private funding and who are consequently particularly vulnerable to state disinvestment.
