Bin Wang, China
Bin Wang is a professor and associated dean in School of Sports and Physical Education, Huazhong Normal University in P.R. China. He earned his Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from the graduate school of Beijing Sports University in P.R.China. He completed Postdoctoral work in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource from the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of sciences.
Dr. Wang's research interests include work and family, innovation culture, decision-making, Leadership and attribution. His research work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Ministry of Education, China Sport General Administration and Chinese postdoctoral science foundation. He has published 40 papers in a variety of journals.
In addition, Dr. Wang has made numerous presentations at conferences, including the International Congress of Psychology, Chinese Psychological of Society, China Sport Science Society, and Asian & South Pacifica Association Sports Psychology. He currently teaches courses in Organizational Behavior and Sport Organization, Human Resource Management in Sport and Recreation, Sport Psychology to masters and undergraduate students in P.R.China. Dr. Wang has worked as a National Senior Human Resource consultant to organizations. His consulting work has primarily focused on Performance Management and Organizational Culture.
Dr. Wang is a Committee Member of Sports Psychology, Chinese Society of Sports Science, Director of Hubei Society of Psychology and Vice-President of Sports Psychology Committee.
