Susanne Bruyère, ILR School Associate Dean of Outreach and Director of the Employment and Disability Institute at Cornell University gave a key note address entitled Disability Management and Enterprise in the US (pdf) at a two-day International Symposium in South Korea sponsored by the Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled (KEPAD).

KEPAD is a Korean governmental agency supporting employment opportunities, vocational rehabilitation, and vocational independence for people with disabilities, since 1990.

Over 200 people were in attendance, consisting of figures from government, research institutions and universities, business, labor organizations, disability related non-governmental organizations, vocational specialists, and rehabilitation practitioners.
