EMPLOYMENT MEDIATION PANEL

A roster of mediators who have successfully completed Cornell ICR's  certificate program, have knowledge of employment statues and case law, and have experience in the process of mediation.

EMPLOYMENT ARBITRATION PANEL

The employment arbitration panel consists of individuals who have successfully completed ICR's training program.

The panel is divided into two sections:

Section A. THE NEUTRAL ARBITRATION PANEL

This section consists of neutrals who:

• Have experience in applying employment statutory and case law, and
• Do not currently serve as advocates for or consultants to employers, employees, or unions on employment or labor relations matters or are affiliated with firms that provide such services

Section B. GRADUATES OF Cornell ICR's Certificate Program

This section consists of individuals who are still employed by firms or organizations that represent employers, employees, or unions. Graduates of our program are eligible for membership on the panel but must agree that if selected as arbitrators, they will meet our requirement that they make full disclosure to the parties of their current professional affiliations.
