Diversity Management

Gain in-depth knowledge in an area that is increasingly complex, highly specialized, and important to organizations in creating a competitive workforce. A specialty in this area helps link diversity to organizational and work performance. This certificate requires the completion of six workshops for a total of 72 units.

It is recommended that students take The Law of EEO course first.

Students may take The Essentials of Developing & Delivering Diversity and Inclusion Training, or, Training Difficult Issues in Diversity.

Cornell Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner (CCDP/AP)

This new Cornell ILR certification program provides experienced diversity professionals with a valuable credential that attests to their achievement in this fast-growing and vital field. In addition to completing advanced workshops, recipients complete a special project designed to address specific diversity work in their organization or private practice.
