On December 11 and 12, 2012, we conducted a Healthcare Summit with over 95 union and management leaders, hospital administrators, medical directors in-charge of transformational activities, healthcare researchers, foundation program staff and policy makers.  

During this two-day healthcare summit, we examined new and innovative processes to accelerate the transformation of our current delivery systems to ones that achieve higher quality patient care and reduce cost. The summit provided healthcare leaders with current updates on critical methods being used to refocus and redesign our delivery systems.
