    Kevan Hall, is CEO of global-integration.com, a consulting and training organization that specializes in matrix management, virtual teams, and global working. Kevan runs his own global business with hubs in UK, USA and Hong Kong and works with major multinationals world-wide. His latest book is "Making the Matrix Work - how matrix managers engage people and cut through complexity".

    Amy Kates, Managing Partner of Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, works with leaders and their teams around the world to assess organizational issues, reshape structures and processes, and build depth of management capability. Ms. Kates is the co-author of three books on organization design, including Designing Your Organization (with Jay Galbraith) and Leading Organization Design (with Greg Kesler).

    Greg Kesler, Managing Partner of Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, consults with corporations in organization design and executive talent management. He specializes in designing and implementing operating models and governance practices in large multi-national companies. Mr. Kesler is the co-author of the book Leading Organization Design (with Amy Kates).

Managing in the Matrix

Join thought leaders Amy Kates and Greg Kesler of KatesKesler Organization Consulting and Kevan Hall, CEO of Global Integration, as they present frameworks, models, tools and the skills necessary to succeed in a matrix environment.

Attendees will learn how to manage the complexity and uncertainties of working within a matrix structure and build skills for organizational and individual success. A book copy will be provided of both Leading Organization Design by Amy Kates and Greg Kesler and Making the Matrix Work: How Matrix Managers Engage by Kevan Hall.
