Susan W. Brecher, Esq., Director of Legal and Employee Relations Programs in Human Capital Development at Cornell University, ILR. She currently manages learning services in Legal, Employee Relations, and EEO, including developing, designing and facilitating programs. In addition, Ms. Brecher partners with private, public, and non-profit organizations on customized training programs. During her tenure at Cornell, Ms. Brecher served as a Director of Statewide Management Programs as well as oversight of all aspects of the EEO, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Management Development and Online Learning programs. Ms. Brecher teaches in a graduate level Human Resources Program and advises, consults, coaches, handles all aspects of employment law, employee relations, internal investigations, dispute resolution issues and mediates, facilitates and conducts fact-findings. She worked at the law firm Skadden, Arps, ABC and NBC and holds a B.A. summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Union College and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University, where she was on the Law Review.
Lolita Chandler, President, The Chandler Group, Inc., an executive resource company, combines her years of experience promoting diversity and multiculturalism in education and business to offer coaching and consulting services in diversity development to business, education, and not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Chandler recently served as the director of diversity for Avon Products.
Ida K Chen, Esq., The Honorable Judge, Court of Common Pleas, First Judicial District, Pennsylvania, became the first Asian American female to serve as a judge in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Formerly, she was a senior trial attorney for the EEOC and commissioner for the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations. Judge Chen chaired the Ethics Committee of the 21st Century Review Forum for the City of Philadelphia. Currently, Judge Chen is a member of the Interbranch Commission for Gender, Racial & Ethnic Fairness which promotes the equal application of the law for all citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She is an adjunct professor at Temple University's School of Law.
Shelley M. Greenwald, Esq., Principal, Shelley M. Greenwald, Esq., specializing in the field of employment practices and litigation. Ms. Greenwald advises, counsels, trains, and handles all aspects of employment law litigation. Formerly, she was in-house counsel at NBC and has appeared on CourtTV and CNBC.
Peter M. Stein, Esq., Partner, Epstein, Becker & Green, P.C., is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment practice and represents both national and regional employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Prior to joining EBG, Mr. Stein served as in-house labor counsel to U.S. Industries, Inc., and as Associate General Counsel to Health Industries, Inc. Mr. Stein regularly lectures on a variety of human resources topics.
