ILR Graduate Degree Programs
Graduates of the ILR school work around the world in the private and public sector in recruitment, compensation, employee relations, diversity, leadership development and organizational design issues. The Degree Programs
- Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR) - a 2 year professional degree program for students preparing to enter the workforce and professionals who wish to enhance their education and skills. (See also MILR/MBA Dual Degree)
- Master of Professional Studies in ILR (MPS) - a 1-year professional degree program for practicing professionals sponsored by their employers.
- Master of Science in ILR (MS) - an academic degree for students who wish to pursue research or further education at the PhD level.
- Doctor of Philosophy in ILR (PhD) - an academic degree for advanced students planning to work in research and education in a specialized area within the field of industrial and labor relations.
- MS Degree Track for BS ILR - for ILR BS students desiring to pursue further studies at the MS level in ILR research and academic areas.
