Conference participants must complete a CONFERENCE
REGISTRATION FORM. You are encouraged to register early. Complete and return the
registration form with check or money

Currency ONLY). Please postmark
no later than March 30.
Registration Deadline:
- Do Not postmark payments after MARCH 30.
- NON-REFUNDABLE after MARCH 30 ($50 Fee will
assessed for all refunds).
- After deadline, late registration forms may be faxed
(202-508-6987). However, payment must be made at conference
registration desk in Milwaukee.

The shuttle departs Mitchell Airport for
downtown hotels every 20 minutes from 7:40 a.m. - 11:40 p.m. Tickets may
be purchased at the red Limousine Services booth located across
from Carousel #2 in the Baggage Claim area, or you may pay
the driver. Board the shuttle at the center island
located outside Exit Door #3. Look for the grey or brown
Airport Connection van or bus.

The Airport Connection departs the Hyatt Regency 7 days a
