Programs are finely tailored to industry conditions and needs of particular employers and employees, creating actionable understanding of the competitive environment in a global marketplace.

			Institute for Women and Work is an applied research and educational resource center which provides a forum for examining and evaluating the forces that affect women and work.

			Programs for Organizational Change combines research with consulting, facilitation, and training expertise to help labor and management work together to improve their workplace and preserve jobs.
			Economic Development Initiatives
			Economic Development Initiatives provides research, technical assistance and support for local economic development strategies across New York State, focusing on collaborative labor-management and community partnerships that build and maintain a quality job base.
			Employment and Disability Institute
			The Employment and Disability Institute conducts research and provides continuing education and technical assistance on many aspects of disability in the workplace, one effort being the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center for Economic Research in Employment Policy for Persons with Disabilities.
