By definition, consulting and customized services take many forms. At ILR, our goal is to provide our varied constituencies - managers, business owners, union leaders, organized and unorganized workers, policy makers, scholars, educators, journalists, and anyone looking for workplace-related information and resources - with the academic and practical expertise that addresses their problems or goals.
Services We Can Provide
ILR faculty and professional staff assess each situation and develop client-specific strategies and activities. The range of our customized services is far reaching. We train employees in workplace skills and educate employees in current workplace issues. We interact with committees to develop and implement strategic plans. We provide information on regulatory compliance. We evaluate work processes and procedures and propose improvements. We collaborate on research projects, collect and analyze attitudinal and quantitative data, and more. In addition, our librarians help clients access the vast print and electronic resources housed in Catherwood Library.
