ILR undergraduates are leaders and self-starters. They are tuned in to the world around them and looking for the knowledge and skills needed to make a difference. Does this description fit you? If so, apply to ILR. Here you will study economics and public policy, leadership and management strategies, negotiations and conflict resolution. You will learn to analyze data and to make sense of labor history.
