This program is open to senior level company teams of 4 to 5 human resource professionals, or a mix of HR and other senior functional leaders. The program is designed around a "live" business case, selected in advance by the participating team, and reviewed prior to arrival by Cornell faculty. Topics covered during the week will include business strategy, linking business strategy and HR activity, organizing for innovation, HR analytics and change management.
