Center for Advanced HR Studies (CAHRS) — CAHRS is a partnership between industry and academia devoted to excellence in global HR management. CAHRS corporate partners represent over 60 of the world's premier companies.  CAHRS connects these companies with the resources of Cornell University, the ILR School, and faculty, students, and intellectual leaders throughout the world. The CAHRS partnership offers the opportunity for member companies to be the first to learn about critical research findings in the field, and to help shape future research agendas relevant to today's issues.

hrSpectrum Newsletter — Published bimonthly for CAHRS partners and the HR community, with information about noteworthy Center and partner accomplishments, innovations and opportunities afforded through participation in CAHRS, and the latest developments in human resources research, teaching, and application.

CAHRS Working Papers — The Center investigates critical human resource issues of the day and, at any given time, has several major policy-oriented studies under way. Topics of study are determined by ILR faculty researchers as well as the Center's corporate partners—those corporations that support and fund CAHRS.  Most papers are available free for download, or in print from the CAHRS office for a small fee.  CAHRS corporate partners have free access to working papers.

Martin and Laurie Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution (ICR) — The Scheinman Institute is the nation's only program of study for conflict resolution in the workplace.
