Statler Hotel & Lodging Details
Check-In & Check-Out
The check-in time at The Statler Hotel is 3:00 PM. You may contact the hotel directly to request an earlier check-in, but meeting your request is subject to room availability. The hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 PM. Due to the high occupancy rate for this hotel (especially during major alumni and student events), it is rare that the Statler can accommodate a later check-out time.
The Statler Hotel offers valet parking for day and overnight guests. The cost for overnight guests is $8/per day. We highly recommend using the hotel’s daily parking service for attendees driving to Cornell. Visitor parking is at a premium on campus, and using this service ensures close daily parking during your stay.
The Statler Hotel offers guests complimentary shuttle service to and from the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport. To arrange a shuttle pick-up, contact the Statler Hotel bell desk directly. Simply call the hotel main number at 1-800-541-2501 and say that you’d like to arrange a shuttle pick up or drop off. Once you are on campus, you can change or cancel your shuttle reservation by calling or visiting the Front Desk.
The Statler Shuttle schedule for arrivals is based on your flight arrival time and should be reserved in advance. Departures are scheduled every half hour, and final departure times are based on the latest reservation made that day. The shuttle waits for passengers outside the airport, directly beyond the exit past the baggage claim area. The driver does not generally wait inside the airport for arrivals.
