Our HR development courses are focused on building the strategic competency and business leadership of HR professionals. To that end, we offer two in-depth programs, each geared to a specific audience.
Understanding the Top Seat: The Modern CHRO Role & Strategies for Success: A nomination-only program for the pool of HR executives identified by their chief HR officers (CHROs) as having potential to step into a senior HR officer role in the next few years.
HR Strategy: Creating Competitive Advantage through People: Week-long residence program for company teams of HR managers and directors (usually working at the mid- to senior generalist or business partner level), as well as for line executives making the transition to an HR leadership position.
HR Strategy Team Learning
Our HR Strategy course is designed for company teams. We can accept a maximum of 6 company teams each session, in order to keep class size conducive to sharing and interaction:
- In this format, companies send a small group (4-5) of mid-senior HR generalists/managers to our HR Strategy course in order to provide a combination experience.
- This experience exposes your company team to best practices from other firms, while they simultaneously work together on issues specific to your company—the confluence at which much deeper learning and transfer take place.
- Companies are asked to send a team to the program with a focused business problem, for which they are expected to begin generating the HR solution through their work in the program.
