Cancellation and Transfer Policies

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing, and cancellation fees are based on the following schedule for attendees who have paid in full:
 
30 days or more before course start = Full refund
29-14 days before course start = 50% of course tuition
13 or fewer days before course start = 25% of course tuition

For applicants who have not yet paid, a $250 administrative fee will be assessed if they cancel less than 7 business days before the course. This fee covers our cost of ordering materials, guaranteeing hotel rooms, event space and banquet orders.

Registration Transfers or Roll-overs

  • One (1) transfer into another course or roll-over into the next session of the same course is allowed per person without penalty, if requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the course and used within 12 months.
  • A $250 administrative fee will be assessed if an attendee submits a roll-over request less than 7 business days before the course.  This fee covers our cost of ordering materials, guaranteeing hotel rooms, event space and banquet orders.
  • The applicant will forfeit his or her fee if the roll-over or transfer is not used within 12 months.

Substitution Policy

Qualified substitutes for applicants can be accommodated with 7 days advance written notice before the course start date. Substitutes must provide complete contact information.
