Application Process
Candidates can apply online, or by printing out, completing and faxing our Application Form (PDF) to (607) 255-9862. Applications must be submitted at least 14 days before the course start date. Candidates are admitted on a rolling, space-available basis, and early application is encouraged. No formal education requirements apply, but proficiency in written and spoken English is essential in order to participate fully in and benefit from the interactive structure of our courses.
For international applicants, please be aware that you may need a travel visa in order to enter the United States and attend our courses. For more information about visa and passport requirements, please visit the U.S. Department of State at: http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html.
Course Fees
The course fee includes tuition, instructional materials, continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks each day. For week-long courses, this fee also includes some dinners. Refer to individual course descriptions for specific fee information.
Discounts
Multiple Attendees: We strongly encourage organizational teams to attend our courses, especially those made up of HR and line managers.
To encourage team learning and action planning for organizations with greater learning needs, a company sending three participants to an open-enrollment course can send a 4th for free.
CAHRS Corporate Partners: 10% off the published fee for all open-enrollment courses.
Cornell Alumni & Staff: 10% discount off the published fee for all open-enrollment courses.
Payment Information
Payment Methods — We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). We also accept payment via check and wire transfer.
For all courses, the preferred payment method is to make a secure online credit card payment at the time of application. However, use the information below should you choose another method.

Credit Card Authorization Form
Payment Due Date — Payment is due within 30 days of application submission in order to guarantee your seat in the course. This time frame applies as well to applicants who choose check or wire transfer as their payment method. If we do not receive payment within 60 days, we will release your seat to be filled by new applicants. Please consider this time frame when submitting your application.
Exception: If admission is less than 30 days prior to the start of the course, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
