Develop the Next Generation of Chief HR Officers

Handing off a torchThe Modern CHRO Role & Strategies for Success » This one of a kind program will expose your highest performing senior HR leaders to the often invisible challenges of the modern CHRO position. Through structured but open and candid dialogue with CEO's, CHRO's and Board Directors, participants gain insights and exposure that is often difficult to provide "on the job". Two key focus areas in the ever changing conversations include executive compensation and BOD relationships. Participants in this unique offering require a letter of nomination from the current chief human resources officer of the company interested in sending a delegate, and the signing of a non-disclosure agreement.

Develop the HR Function

Pieces of a world puzzle Customized Strategic HR Training » While there are concepts and theories in HR that are broadly applicable, to be effective, much of HR must be customized and developed to reflect the unique history and circumstances of any complex organization. Through our custom program services we help our clients combine the two -- concepts and theory, and the culture, language and aspirations of your unique firm. We tailor our programs to maximize the fit with how your organization operationalizes the challenges of HR. We act as consultant, educator and coach in a highly interactive model that respects the time and knowledge of the senior leaders we teach. We learn about you, before we ever try to teach you.
