Learn more about Jackie Guerra

Jackie GuerraJackie Guerra brings her charm, humor, and style to every project she takes on. This multi-talented woman is an actress, author, and activist for labor rights and social justice.

Growing up, Jackie was inspired by the civil rights, women's rights, and farm workers' rights movements, and dreamed of making a difference in the lives of others. The daughter of Mexican immigrants, Jackie worked as a union organizer for HERE in Los Angeles after college. One night she tried her hand at comedy during an open-mic event, and realized she got more people to sign her petition in support of hotel workers than she had all month. Her success as a stand-up comic opened doors in Hollywood, and she soon became an established film and TV star.

Throughout her career, she's always kept her focus on social justice. As the personality behind the nationally syndicated Jackie Guerra Show, she's a rising star in the progressive talk radio world.
