Come join us for a networking breakfast followed by a two-part presentation. The first part will focus on the issues and solutions surrounding workplace substance abuse testing and provide a summary of the types of permissible drug tests, what specimens may be tested, where testing should occur, and disciplinary actions associated with drug testing.

The second part will provide an update on reasonable accommodations under NYC and State Human Rights Law, including some practical lessons from Romanello v. Intesa Sanpaolo, S.P.A.
