Few parents understand the process of Transitioning their children to services provided after exiting school and the importance of beginning the process early.
4 - Indicator evident across all situations
In conjunction with the MTP grant, we will use the services provided by BBCS to present a series of workshops and trainings for our families. School and BBCS will follow up with individual phone contacts to distribute information and create individual meetings at the convenience of families. In addition, we will offer ongoing support through the PTA. We will use our Parent Coordinator to further coordinate and identify additional needs.
