TransQUAL Strategic Work Plan #45212

Topic: Collaborative Service Delivery
Number: 2e2
Indicator: Service delivery is coordinated across school-agency systems, resulting in reduction of barriers.
Current Rating: 2 = Indicator not evident, planning is underway
Many students in the district are receiving training in the area of employability. Limited vocational opportunities are available for junior and seniors within our community. Access to outside vocational placements are available, however the coordination of transportation and times interferes with our ability to offer these resources to our students.
3 - Indicator evident across some, but not all, situations
District will partner with community agencies and resources to offer functional, relevant, employability training for classified students. Pre-planning and coordination of potential sites within the same geographic area is essential.
