Results will be measured by permanent product: the completion of a booklet that clearly articulates transition guidelines, programming, structure, and services. Staff will be surveyed as to effectiveness.

The booklet will be used to provide a comprehensive set of procedures, timelines, & best practices that can be used district-wid to ensure consistent, equable services for all students and full compliance of state guidelines by all staff members. Survey results will be used for future revisions & updates.
