Most Families seem unaware of many agencies which exist, or if they know of them, they have not yet "figured out" how to navigate the different agencies, what is offered, or alternatives.

Using the geograpic "centeredness" of 2 of our 5 facilities, we will use the two Tech & Career Centers to host events which will highlight the agencies and attract students and families. A high degree of "PR" will introduce this to the audience, with direct mail fliers to the parents.

Family, Student and Agency exit surveys, which will not only measure participation, but will evaluate the effectiveness of presentations
|

If there is positiove feedback, we will continue, and host other Forums. If lack of positive feedback (or lack of participation), we will introduce smaller seminars at each of the 5 sites, rather than just the two central locations.
