Larry W. Featherston, Ph.D., CRC, CVE, is currently the lead researcher for the Northeast Disability and Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC-NE) located at Cornell University which is funded by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR). Dr. Featherston recently completed his doctoral degree in Rehabilitation Education and Research from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. He is currently serving on Cornell University’s Institutional Review Board and Disability Strategic Planning Committee. In addition, he is serving on the research and OMS committees for the National DBTAC Coordination, Outreach, and Research Center (CORC). Dr. Featherston’s current research focus is on wage discrimination against women with disabilities and behavioral intentions toward individuals with disabilities in the workplace.
