Erin joined Cornell University's Employment and Disability Institute (EDI), School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in July 2008. She is currently working as a Technical Assistance Specialist for the Northeast DBTAC. She comes to EDI from Cornell University Campus Life where she worked 6 years in the Residence Life department.

Erin has designed and implemented several presentations and trainings on Disability Culture at the campus, regional, and national levels. She advises the student organization, Cornell Union for Disabilities Awareness and is a member of the Ithaca City Disability Advisory Council; Cornell Student Disability Services Advisory Board; and the Disability from Diversity Perspective task group through the Office of Workforce Diversity, Equity, and Life Quality.
