Dr. Pi joined Cornell University's Employment and Disability Institute (EDI), School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in June 2008. She is currently working as a Research Associate for the Model Transition Project. She comes to EDI from Michigan State University, where she served as Project Director for the Conductive Education Evaluation Project in the Department of Epidemiology.
