2. The membership within the circle is primarily comprised of human service providers and some family members.

3. The work of the circle is driven by the vision of the focus person.

4. The circle members provide all of the necessary energy and resources needed to get the focus person what he or she is asking for.

5. Membership within a circle of support may fluctuate according to the tasks and activities of the group.
