Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope
Planning Positive Possible Futures
Activity
1. Visit http://www.inclusion.com
2. Develop your own person-centered plan with the support of your family, friends and a skilled facilitator. It takes great courage
to do this but it is a valuable experience that cultivates a personal awareness and understanding of the respect, honor and humility
person-centered planning processes require. The most important criteria for any person-centered planning process is to do no harm
to the person with whom planning will occur.
