The Work Incentives Support Center provides human resources and organizational development support to Benefits Planning, Assistance and Outreach (BPA&O) projects and Protection and Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security (PABSS) programs sponsored under roll-out of the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999.
