New York State Mid-State Transition Coordination Site
The Mid-State Transition Coordination Site provides organizational development and human resource support to school districts and stakeholders specifically as it pertains to the transition requirements for students with disabilities under the Individual With Disabilities Education Act. The Center is the University partner in the New York State Network of Transition Coordination Sites.
