Mission Statement

The New York DCDT strives to increase collaboration efforts in effective transition planning for individuals with disabilities by reducing the duplication efforts and aligning resources and communication.

2011-2012 Goals

• The New York DCDT chapter will collaborate in planning and coordinating a New York State transition conference to be held in spring of 2012.
• The New York DCDT chapter will have an active presence at the NY CEC annual conference by submitting a presentation proposal, conducting the Annual Meeting and maintaining a recruiting booth at the October state conference.
• Increase DCDT membership
