This session will provide a review of the official Request for Waiver of Overpayment Recovery or Change in Repayment Rate form by going through the form question by question highlighting the key stumbling blocks and strategizing how to respond to those questions to prevail in their request. Each participant should leave this session with a completed form to use as guidance for future work. The role of both the benefits practitioner and the consumer will be highlighted during this discussion.
