This leadership series will address how employers manage the transition of employees from short- to long-term disability and best practices in keeping the lines of communication open between the employee, manager, carrier, and physician. Panelists will discuss how they work with carriers and physicians to create effective return to work plans for employees who are able to return from a long-term disability and how they manage the process for those employees who are unable to return to work.
