The Promoting the Diversity group of the Sacred Heart University organized this training for students with disabilities in the institution about their rights and responsibilities at the University.

Through this training the audience will learn about the importance of the reasonable accommodations in the class room, and how to implement it properly.

This course explores the process for providing solid counsel using lecture, PowerPoint, and written materials. This skill-building session provides opportunity for question and answer. A preparatory reading assignment will be provided and is required. Online polling will be used to ascertain knowledge acquisition.
